Ingredients

  • 1cupfrozen raspberries

  • 4teaspoonswhite sugar, or more to taste

  • ½teaspoonvanilla extract

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine raspberries, sugar, and vanilla in a heavy-bottom saucepan; bring to a boil. Lower temperature to medium-low and simmer, stirring often, until sauce is thick and smooth, about 15 minutes.

Tips

You can remove the seeds in a strainer if you don’t like them. It´s important to do this before the sauce thickens.

Stevia can be used in place of the sugar, if desired.
