Ingredients

  • 3cupsdiced cooked chicken

  • 2large stalks celery, diced

  • 1mediumred bell pepper, seeded and diced

  • ½mediumred onion, diced

  • 6tablespoonsmayonnaise

  • 6tablespoonssour cream

  • 1(4 ounce) packagefeta cheese, crumbled

  • 2teaspoonsdried dill weed

  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix chicken, celery, and red onion together in a serving bowl.

  2. Stir mayonnaise, sour cream, feta cheese, and dill together in a separate bowl. Pour over chicken mixture, and stir to blend. Taste, and season with salt and pepper as needed.

  3. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until serving.
