Ingredients

  • 1(15 ounce) canpumpkin puree

  • ½cupskim milk

  • 1(1 ounce) packageinstant sugar-free vanilla pudding mix

  • 1teaspoonpumpkin pie spice

  • 1(8 ounce) containerfrozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed

Cooking Directions

  1. Whisk pumpkin purée, milk, and pudding mix together in a medium bowl. Stir in pumpkin pie spice, then fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping. Pour into an 8-inch pie pan and cover with remaining whipped topping. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
