Cooking Directions

Combine tomatoes, olive oil, and red pepper flakes in a large saucepan. Simmer until sauce is thickened, 30 to 40 minutes.

Stir in garlic and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in basil, salt, and pepper.
