Ingredients

  • ¼cupthinly sliced rhubarb

  • 1teaspoonbrown sugar

  • 3ouncesgin

  • 1(12 fluid ounce) canlemon-flavored seltzer water

Cooking Directions

  1. Muddle rhubarb and brown sugar in a mixing glass until crushed.

  2. Add gin and stir to dissolve sugar. Strain into 2 ice-filled Collins or rocks glasses. Top with seltzer.
