Ingredients

  • 2 ½cupsQuaker® Oats (Quick or Old Fashioned, uncooked)

  • 2tablespoonshoney

  • ¼cupcreamy or chunky peanut butter

  • 1cupripe mashed banana

  • 1teaspoonground cinnamon

Cooking Directions

  1. Place oats and cinnamon in a large bowl; stir to blend well. Add mashed banana, peanut butter, and honey. Stir until ingredients are well blended.

  2. Shape into 24 (about 1-inch diameter) balls. Refrigerate, covered, until chilled. Store leftovers in the refrigerator, covered.
