Ingredients

  • 1(16 ounce) packageuncooked tri-colored spiral pasta

  • ½cupmayonnaise, or more to taste

  • ¼cupapple cider vinegar

  • ¼cupolive oil

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1(8 ounce) packageimitation crabmeat, flaked

  • 1(6.5 ounce) cantiny shrimp, drained

  • 1pintgrape tomatoes, halved

  • 1English cucumber, diced

  • 1(4 ounce) cansliced black olives, drained

  • 1red bell pepper, seeded and chopped

Cooking Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Transfer to a large bowl and set aside.

  2. Mix together mayonnaise, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Pour over pasta and stir to coat.

  3. Add crab, shrimp, tomatoes, cucumber, black olives, and bell pepper; mix gently to coat with dressing. Taste and adjust seasoning if desired. If pasta is too dry, mix in more mayonnaise.
