Ingredients

  • 4largetomatoes, chopped

  • 4avocados – peeled, pitted and diced

  • 1red onion, thinly sliced

  • ¼teaspoonground black pepper, or to taste

  • 1(8 ounce) bottlebalsamic vinaigrette salad dressing

Cooking Directions

  1. Toss together tomatoes, avocados, and red onion in a large serving bowl. Dust lightly with black pepper, then pour salad dressing over. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until flavors blend, at least 1 hour.
