Ingredients

  • ¼cupsoy sauce

  • 3green onions, thinly sliced

  • 1tablespoonblack sesame oil

  • 1tablespoonrice vinegar

  • 1teaspoongrated ginger

  • ½teaspoongarlic, minced

  • 12ouncessmoked salmon, chopped

  • 2cupscooked brown rice

  • ¼cupdiced mango

  • ¼cupdiced cucumber

  • ¼cupdiced avocado

  • ¼cupsliced fresh strawberries

  • 1teaspoonblack sesame seeds, or to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine soy sauce, green onions, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic in a bowl. Mix until thoroughly combined. Add salmon and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
