Ingredients

  • 3fresh peaches, pitted and sliced into equal crescents

  • 1pintfresh raspberries

  • ¾cupwhite sugar, divided

  • 1tablespoonground cinnamon, divided

  • 1lemon, juiced

  • 2cupsrolled oats

  • 1 ¼cupsall-purpose flour

  • ½cupunsalted butter, cubed

  • ¼cupbrown sugar

  • 1teaspoonsalt

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. Combine peaches, raspberries, 1/2 cup white sugar, 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon, and lemon juice in a bowl.

  3. Combine oats, flour, butter, remaining 1/4 cup white sugar, brown sugar, and salt in a separate bowl; mix crumble topping thoroughly until smooth and not lumpy.

  4. Pour fruit mixture into a large ceramic baking dish, spreading evenly. Top evenly with oat crumble mixture.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 35 minutes.

Tips

You can add more oats, depending on how “oaty” you want it to be.
