Ingredients

  • 1(15 ounce) cangreen beans, drained

  • 1(15 ounce) canpeas, drained

  • 1(15 ounce) canwhole kernel corn, drained

  • 1(4 ounce) jarpimentos

  • 1onion, chopped

  • 4stalkscelery, chopped

  • 1green bell pepper, chopped

  • ½cupvegetable oil

  • 1cupdistilled white vinegar

  • 1cupwhite sugar

  • 1teaspoonsalt

  • 2tablespoonswater

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine green beans, peas, corn, pimentos, onion, celery, and bell pepper in a large bowl.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and water. Pour over vegetables and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
