Ingredients

  • 2 ½cupsshredded cooked chicken

  • 2cupscooked rice

  • 1(10.5 ounce) cancondensed cream of chicken soup

  • 1cupdiced celery

  • ¾cupmayonnaise

  • ¼cupdiced onion

  • ¼cupdiced green bell pepper

  • 1tablespoondried minced onion

  • ¼teaspoonground black pepper

  • 2cupspotato chips, crushed

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Mix chicken, rice, soup, celery, mayonnaise, diced onion, bell pepper, minced onion, and black pepper together in a large bowl. Place in a 3-quart baking dish and sprinkle potato chips over top.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly and heated through, about 30 minutes.
