Ingredients

  • 1 ½cupsalmond meal

  • 3eggs

  • ½cupOriginal Unsweetened Almond Breeze Almondmilk Coconutmilk Blend

  • 2tablespoonsmaple syrup or sugar

  • 1teaspoonvanilla extract

  • 1teaspoonground cinnamon

  • ½teaspoonbaking powder

  • ¼teaspoonsalt

Cooking Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients.

  2. In a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat, scoop 1/4 cup spoonfuls of batter into pan.

  3. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown, then flip and cook an additional 1 to 2 minutes on the other side.

  4. Serve with fresh fruit & maple syrup.
