Ingredients

  • 2cupsice cold water

  • 1cuptequila

  • ½cupwhite sugar

  • ¼cuporange-flavored liqueur (such as Cointreau)

  • ¼teaspoonkosher salt

  • 3cupsice, or as needed

  • 6slices lime

  1. Gather all ingredients.

  2. Cut limes into quarters; remove and discard the center part of the rinds. Blend until completely smooth, about 1 minute.
