Ingredients

  • 4cupsice cubes

  • 2 ½limes, rind removed

  • 7fluid ouncessweetened cream of coconut (such as Coco Lopez)

  • 2 ½(1.5 fluid ounce) jiggerswhite rum (such as Bacardi)

  • 5sprigsfresh mint leaves

  • 2mint sprigs, for garnish

  • 2lime wedges, for garnish

Cooking Directions

  1. Blend together ice, limes, cream of coconut, rum, and mint leaves in a blender until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish each with a mint sprig and lime wedge.
