Ingredients

  • ½cuppaprika

  • ½cupchili powder

  • ¼cupbrown sugar

  • ¼cupwhite sugar

  • 2teaspoonscelery seed

  • 2teaspoonsground black pepper

  • 2teaspoonscayenne pepper

  • 2teaspoonsdry brown mustard

  • 2teaspoonsgarlic powder

  • 1teaspoonground cumin

  • 1teaspoonsalt

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix together paprika, chili powder, both sugars, celery seed, black pepper, cayenne pepper, dry mustard, garlic powder, cumin, and salt in a bowl.

  2. Store in an airtight container or keep in the freezer in a resealable plastic bag.
