Ingredients

  • ½cupvegetable oil

  • ¼cuplemon juice

  • 2tablespoonsspicy brown mustard

  • 1teaspoonwhite sugar

  • ½teaspoonkosher salt

  • ¼teaspoonground white pepper

  • 1pinchground black pepper

  • 1headromaine lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces

  • ½smallred onion, thinly sliced

  • ½cupfresh blueberries

  • ½cupsliced toasted almonds

  • 1(3 ounce) canmandarin oranges, drained

  • 4strawberries, sliced (or more to taste)

Cooking Directions

  1. Make the dressing: Whisk oil, lemon juice, mustard, sugar, salt, white pepper, and black pepper together in a bowl until smooth.

  2. Make the salad: Toss lettuce, onion, blueberries, almonds, mandarin oranges, and strawberries together in a large bowl. Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
