Cooking Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Sift flour, baking powder, and baking soda together in a large bowl. Make a well in the center and pour in condensed milk, orange juice, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix until well combined, then pour into the prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean, 30 to 45 minutes. Let cool to room temperature.
