Ingredients

  • 1 ¾cupsall-purpose flour

  • 1cupwhite sugar

  • 2teaspoonsbaking powder

  • ½teaspoonsalt

  • ¼teaspoonbaking soda

  • 1cupmashed bananas

  • 2largeeggs

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 8×4-inch loaf pans. Set aside.
