Ingredients

  • 1cupdistilled white vinegar

  • cupwater

  • 2tablespoonswhite sugar

  • 1teaspoonsalt

  • teaspoonground black pepper

  • 8largecarrots, diced

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix distilled white vinegar, water, white sugar, salt, and pepper in a medium saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
