Ingredients

  • 1poundscallops

  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

  • 2tablespoonsall-purpose flour

  • 2tablespoonsbutter

  • 1tablespoonpesto

  • 1tablespooncapers

  • 1cupheavy whipping cream

Cooking Directions

  1. Season scallops with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.
