Ingredients

  • 1 ½poundsground beef

  • 1 ¼cupsItalian seasoned bread crumbs

  • 1mediumyellow onion, chopped

  • 2clovesgarlic, minced

  • ¼cupchopped fresh parsley

  • 1egg, beaten

  • 1(28 ounce) jarspaghetti sauce

  • 1(16 ounce) cancrushed tomatoes

  • 1(14.25 ounce) cantomato puree

Cooking Directions

  1. Gather all ingredients.

  2. Place ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, and egg in a large bowl; mix well until evenly combined, then shape into 16 meatballs.

  3. Pour spaghetti sauce and crushed tomatoes into the slow cooker; stir in tomato purée. Place the meatballs into the sauce mixture.
