Ingredients

  • 2largeeggs

  • 2(10 ounce) packagesfrozen chopped broccoli, thawed

  • 1onion, chopped

  • 1cupmayonnaise

  • 1cupcondensed cream of mushroom soup

  • 1cupshredded Cheddar cheese

  • ½cupbutter, cut into pieces

  • ¾cupcrushed buttery round crackers (such as Ritz®)

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

  2. Beat eggs in a large bowl; whisk in broccoli, onion, mayonnaise, condensed soup, Cheddar cheese, and butter until well combined. Spoon into a 2-quart casserole dish; sprinkle with crushed crackers.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven until hot and bubbly, 30 to 40 minutes.
