  • 2teaspoonsWorcestershire sauce, or to taste

  • 1dashhot pepper sauce, or to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Place ribs in a large stockpot with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook for 1 hour.

  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  3. When the ribs are about halfway finished, combine ketchup, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, steak sauce, lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes.

  4. Drain ribs; cut between the bones. Place into a baking pan and pour sauce over top. Cover the pan with foil.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and continue to bake until meat pulls away easily from the bone, about 30 more minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

Tips

You can also add finely chopped onions and soy sauce to the sauce if desired.
