Ingredients

  • 3cupscoarsely chopped green cabbage

  • 2 ½cupsvegetable broth

  • 1(14.5 ounce) candiced tomatoes

  • 3mediumcarrots, chopped

  • 3stalkscelery, chopped

  • 1mediumonion, chopped

  • 2clovesgarlic

  • 2tablespoonsapple cider vinegar

  • 1tablespoonlemon juice

  • 2teaspoonsdried sage

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine cabbage, vegetable broth, diced tomatoes, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, vinegar, lemon juice, and sage in a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot).
