Ingredients

  • 1poundBraunschweiger (a liver sausage), pork

  • ½(8 ounce) packagecream cheese, softened

  • 1tablespoonmilk

  • 1tablespoonfinely chopped onion

  • 1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce

  • 1teaspoonchili powder

  • ½teaspoonsugar

  • ½teaspoonminced garlic

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix together sausage, cream cheese, milk, and onion in a medium bowl. Season with Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, sugar, and garlic, and mix until well blended.

  2. Wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, until firm.
