Ingredients

  • cupfresh lemon juice

  • 4teaspoonslemon zest

  • 3clovesgarlic, minced

  • 2teaspoonsDijon mustard

  • ¼teaspoonsalt

  • ¼teaspoonground black pepper

  • ½cupolive oil

  • ½cupsour cream

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine lemon juice, zest, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Slowly whisk in olive oil until thickened. Whisk in sour cream until well combined. Transfer dressing to a sealable container.

  2. Chill dressing in the refrigerator, 15 minutes to overnight.

Recipe Tip

You can substitute plain Greek yogurt for sour cream.
