¾cupapricot nectar

2cupsconfectioners’ sugar

1(3 ounce) packagelemon flavored Jell-O mix
Cooking Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 10-inch Bundt pan.

Combine cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and apricot nectar together.

Dissolve gelatin in hot water and add to cake batter; mix well and pour batter into the prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean, about 45 to 60 minutes. Invert cake onto a plate and cool for several minutes. Pour glaze over cake while it is still warm.

To make the glaze: Combine confectioner’s sugar and lemon juice. Use immediately to pour over still warm cake.
