Ingredients

  • 2tablespoonsbutter, or as needed

  • 4cupsfinely chopped mushrooms

  • 1(1 ounce) packagetaco seasoning

  • 8(6 inch)corn tortillas, or as needed

  • 1headiceberg lettuce, shredded

  • 1tomato, diced

  • 1onion, diced

  • ¼cupguacamole, or to taste

  • ¼cupsour cream, for topping

  • ¼cuptaco sauce, or to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until soft, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess butter and return to heat. Add taco seasoning and stir to combine, about 2 minutes more.

  2. Serve each tortilla topped with a few tablespoons of mushroom mixture, shredded lettuce, tomato, onion, guacamole, sour cream, and taco sauce.
