Ingredients

  • 2eggs

  • 2teaspoonslemon juice

  • 10tablespoonsItalian-seasoned bread crumbs

  • 3tablespoonsgrated Parmesan cheese

  • 3(5 ounce) canstuna, drained

  • 3tablespoonsdiced onion

  • 1pinchground black pepper

  • 3tablespoonsvegetable oil

Cooking Directions

  1. Beat eggs and lemon juice in a bowl; stir in bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese to make a paste. Fold in tuna and onion until well combined; season with black pepper.

  2. Use your hands to shape tuna mixture into 8 (1-inch-thick) patties.

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry patties in the hot oil until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
