  • 1cupplain soy milk

  • ¾cuppacked fresh spinach leaves

  • 1largebanana, sliced

Cooking Directions

  1. Blend soy milk and spinach together in a blender until smooth. Add banana and pulse until thoroughly blended.

Cook’s Note

You can substitute vanilla soy milk for the plain soy milk if desired.
