5jalapeño peppers, seeded and chopped

1cupcrushed buttery round crackers

½cupgrated Parmesan cheese

¼cupbutter, melted
Cooking Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Make the dip: Cook and stir bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp, about 10 minutes. Transfer with a slotted spoon to a paper towel-lined plate lined to drain.

Stir cream cheese, mayonnaise, Cheddar, mozzarella, green onion, jalapeño peppers, and bacon together in a bowl; spread into a 9-inch round baking dish.

Make the topping: Mix crackers, Parmesan, and melted butter together in a bowl. Spread over cream cheese mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, 20 to 30 minutes.
Cook’s Note
Sometimes I mix the Parmesan cheese in with the dip and omit the cracker and butter topping, then bake as directed.
