Ingredients

  • 1cupdried cranberries

  • ½cuporange juice

  • ½cupdiced red onion

  • ½cupchopped fresh cilantro

  • 1teaspoonminced garlic

  • 1jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced

  • ¼cupfresh lime juice

  • ½teaspoonground cumin

  • ½teaspoonsalt

Cooking Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cranberries, orange juice, onion, cilantro, garlic, jalapeño, lime juice, cumin, and salt.

  2. Stir together and chill 2 hours before serving.
