Cooking Directions

Whisk together fish sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, ginger, and honey in a small bowl.
To Use:
Place your chicken, pork, or beef in a large glass bowl. Pour marinade over top and toss to evenly coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight. Cook chicken, pork, or beef as directed in your recipe.
