Ingredients

  • ½cupbuttermilk

  • ½cupmayonnaise

  • cupwhite sugar

  • 2tablespoonslemon juice

  • 2tablespoonswhite vinegar

  • ½teaspoonsalt

  • tablespoonground black pepper

  • 1small headcabbage, finely shredded

  • 1smallcarrot, finely shredded

Cooking Directions

  1. Whisk buttermilk, mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.

  2. Toss cabbage and carrot together in a large bowl. Drizzle dressing over the cabbage mixture; toss to coat.
