1 ¼cupsall-purpose flour

¼cupstrawberry jam

¼cupsifted confectioners’ sugar
Cooking Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a cookie sheet.

Beat butter and cream cheese in a bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add flour gradually, beating well after each addition.

Roll dough on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of 1/8 inch. Cut into 2-inch circles. Spoon 1/4 teaspoon jam into the center of each circle. Fold the opposite edges together, slightly overlapping. Place 2 inches apart onto the prepared cookie sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool completely, then sprinkle with confectioners’ sugar.
