Ingredients

  • 2cupswhite sugar

  • ½cupbutter

  • ½cupmilk

  • 3cupsrolled oats

  • 6tablespoonsunsweetened cocoa powder

  • ½cupchopped walnuts

  • ½cupflaked coconut

  • 1teaspoonvanilla extract

Cooking Directions

  1. Bring sugar, butter, and milk to a boil in a large saucepan. Boil for 2 minutes and remove from heat.

  2. Stir in cocoa and vanilla. Stir in oats, walnuts, and coconut until well combined.

  3. Drop tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper. Cool for 30 minutes before serving.
