3clovesgarlic, minced

1tablespoondried oregano

1tablespoonbrown sugar

2teaspoonsground ancho chile powder
Cooking Directions

Place pork tenderloin into a slow cooker.

Stir tomatoes, onion, garlic, water, oregano, brown sugar, and ancho chile powder together in a bowl. Pour mixture over pork tenderloin.

Cover and cook on Low for 6 hours.

Remove tenderloin from the slow cooker. Slice or chop; serve topped with some tomato sauce from slow cooker.

You can serve the pork sliced alongside your favorite side dishes, chopped and served over rice, or as a filling for a burrito with black beans and queso fresco.
