Ingredients

  • 2garlic cloves, minced

  • 1cupfresh basil leaves

  • 1cupfresh flat-leaf parsley leaves

  • 1cupfresh spinach leaves

  • ½cupchopped fresh oregano

  • ½cuptoasted pine nuts

  • ½cupgrated Parmesan cheese

  • 1pinchsalt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

  • ¾cupolive oil

Cooking Directions

  1. Blend garlic, basil, parsley, spinach, oregano, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a blender or food processor until smooth.
