Ingredients

  • 6frozen strawberries, or more to taste

  • ¾cupmilk

  • 1 ½tablespoonspeanut butter

  • 1tablespoonblue agave nectar, or more to taste

  • 1tablespoonflax seeds

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine strawberries, milk, peanut butter, blue agave, and flax seeds in a blender and blend until well combined.

Cook’s Notes:

Substitute 2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter mixed with 1 1/2 tablespoons water for the peanut butter, if desired.

Using frozen strawberries eliminates the use of ice. Swap out the strawberries for blackberries, raspberries, or blueberries.

Any dairy or nut milk can be used.
