Ingredients

  • 1unpeeled Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped

  • 1carrot, grated

  • ½cupfinely chopped red bell pepper

  • 2green onions, finely chopped

  • cupmayonnaise

  • cupbrown sugar

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine cabbage, red apple, green apple, carrot, red bell pepper, and green onions in a large bowl.

  2. Mix together mayonnaise, brown sugar, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture; mix until evenly coated.
